ALP Ltd. is pleased to offer Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisal Services throughout the Maritimes. We appraise all types of machinery & equipment and do Most Probable Selling Price and investment valuations on businesses. We can also evaluate non-marketable securities such as vendor-created debt instruments and shares in privately held companies. Machinery can be appraised on an individual basis for specific pieces, or, we can do complete appraisals of all plant and equipment within a company. This is particularly useful for lenders who are financing the purchase of a going concern under Industry Canada’s SBL program. Our appraisals have been specifically requested by many of Canada’s Chartered Banks, the BDC and are accepted by Revenue Canada and the courts.




		Our office is based in Moncton, NB and serves valuation clients throughout the Maritimes.

We are members of the NEBB institute which is a premiere appraisal training organization for machinery & equipment appraisals. We are pleased to be one of the only appraisal firms in the Maritimes offering USPAP compliant appraisals.

USPAP (uniform standard for professional appraisal practice) is the standard for defensible appraisals that are used in lending, dispute settlement, insurance and tax purposes.
